This 12-month Leadership Forum is designed for high potential employees and senior leaders. The forum includes:
Face-to-face group meetings for at least 4.5 hours monthly with assignments and
expectations
Periodic individual mentoring with Anne over the 12-month program

Required Participant Commitments:
Attend each class session
Participate with an open heart and mind by sharing your experiences and
knowledge and exploring vulnerabilities
Complete reading and assignments
Maintain confidentiality of all shared information
Set goals and be accountable for progress forward
