For over 30 years, I've had the privilege to serve in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector. This journey allowed me the honor of collaborating closely with various boards of directors, guiding teams, and fostering personal and professional growth in those around me. My focus has always been on creating a familial atmosphere, where trust and mutual respect are the cornerstones.

My experiences have taken me through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, and I've been fortunate to lead wonderful teams during both positive and challenging times. Beyond my professional commitments, I've found joy in volunteering, offering leadership in my church community, and lending a hand on several non-profit and local boards.

A heartwarming moment in this journey was my recent induction into the South Dakota Hall of Fame. To be recognized for contributions to Human Services was a touching reminder of the collective efforts of all those I've worked with.

I believe that much of the wisdom I've gained comes from the mentors who've generously shared their insights with me. Now, I'm eager to give back, share my learnings, and serve as a guiding hand for others.
