I know first-hand that when you are comfortable in your own skin and realize your purpose, that you will be better poised for immediate success as well as be ready for whatever you are being called to do next. What’s next may not, and often should not be clear. It is the ability to know it when you see it. I know from my own experiences that being self-aware, vulnerable and mindful, along with a well-developed skillset, positioned me for success. The pinnacle in my own career was ultimately merging and being asked to lead a $60 million statewide non-profit organization that served over 3500 clients and employed 1200 staff.

Others walked with me on my journey and I will walk along with each of the participants in my programs. I have lived what I aspire for others. I found my passion early in my career, but it took years for me to gain the confidence to fully realize my potential and find true joy and fulfillment in my work. My desire is to pay it forward through working with others.
